Our two companies, the SC Transtrade Srl and SC Transtrade Construct Srl started their activities of surface stone extraction and distribution in 2011. By now, our companies have become market leaders in this segment in Central Transylvania, thanks to the fact that we have built up a wide-ranging relationship with companies and associations in the area.
Our companies can meet today’s modern requirements by using modern and innovative technologies. The main product of our company is the crushed stone used for railways Clasa A 31,5-50 mm, this was used for the modernization of the Paneuropean Coridor IV railway by the FCC & AZVI Group.
The Transtrade company occupies a good place in distribution of andesite crushed stone materials used in civil and infrastructural construction. The mine is located in Harghita County, within the zone of Sikaszó, at the foot of the Harghita Mountains. In the area of the mine there is a typical ‘ANDESITE’ type rock. Andesite-type rocks have the best geomorphological properties, as evidenced by studies made in the labs. After the processing of andesite-type rock, it is used in large quantities in asphalt factories, in infrastructure constructions.
The company’s production capacity increased in 2014 when we became partners with the FCC & AZVI Group. From the year of 2014 our company became the main material supplier of the ‘CORIDOR 4’ Paneuropean railway in Sighișoara-Aţel-Micăsasa route.
The Transtrade Construct company occupies a good place in distribution of sedimentary crushed stone materials used in civil and infrastructural construction. The mine is located in Harghita County, within the territory of Morăreni, in the Odorheiu-Secuiesc-Sighișoara zone. In the area of the mine there is a typical ‘SEDIMENTARY’ type rock. After processing sedimentary rock, first-class raw materials are formed which are used in large quantities in concrete factories and civil constructions.
The company was founded in 2010 when we partnered with the ALPIN company and started supplying materials to modernize the DN routes. The company’s production capacity increased in 2014 when we became partners with the FCC & AZVI STRACO Group. From the year of 2016 our company became the main material supplier of the ‘CORIDOR 4’ Paneuropean railway in Sighișoara-Aţel-Micăsasa route.

Between 2008-2017, TRANSTRADE and TRANSTRADE CONSTRUCT companies clients were the followings: FCC, AZVI, STRABAG, ING SERVICE, MULTIPLAND, VIADUCT, STRAVIA, GEIGER, who have completed road rehabilitations in Transylvania and have modernized the railways.
We have had and have strong partners, who are the biggest contractors in the modernization of roads and railways, such as FCC & AZVI, STRACO Association, which has participated in the modernization of the Paneuropean Coridor IV.
Other activities
Activities also extend to road construction, earthworks, road transport of construction materials,
construction machinery hire and crushing machinery only in Harghita county, Romania.
